We are looking for a service-oriented Application Support Specialist to join a leading Real Estate company in Ra'anana. In this role, you will be the focal point for system-related queries, ensuring smooth business operations and high user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- System Support: Provide professional support and service for information systems and ERP-related user inquiries.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex application issues on a daily basis.
- Data Analysis: Analyze recurring tickets to identify systemic failures and provide insights for improving user experience.
- User Enablement: Guide users through new work processes, including conducting one-on-one and group training sessions.
- Documentation: Write and maintain clear procedures, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaboration: Interface with R&D, infrastructure teams, and external vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
- Project Involvement: Participate in organizational projects, including the implementation of new modules, pilots, and business process deployments.
- Performance: Directly contribute to improving user satisfaction and meeting departmental SLA targets.
- Experience: Proven experience in Application Support or Information Systems – Mandatory.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge and experience with Priority ERP – Mandatory.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze support tickets and understand complex business processes.
- Communication: Excellent writing and presentation skills for creating user guides and procedures.
- Languages: Good level of English (Reading & Writing) – Mandatory.
- Location: Ra'anana.
- Scope: Full-time position (an 80% capacity option is also available).
