Sourcing Team Lead (24900)

Yael Group is looking for a Sourcing Team Lead to lead and develop the sourcing domain within the organization, while managing a professional sourcing team and driving high-quality sourcing processes for a wide range of technological positions.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the sourcing team, including task allocation, prioritization, ongoing performance monitoring, and target achievement
• Perform hands-on sourcing for technological positions
• Work closely with job boards, recruitment agencies, colleges, and additional sourcing channels
• Track, analyze, and monitor KPIs through reports and data, including time-to-source, candidate quality, employee referrals, recruitment funnels, and more
• Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and personal development for the sourcing team
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to deeply understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly
• Lead work processes and implement sourcing and recruitment methodologies and best practices
• Identify, implement, and drive the use of advanced sourcing tools, AI solutions, and innovative technologies to improve and streamline recruitment processes
• Stay up to date with new trends in sourcing and recruitment and introduce innovative solutions to the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in technological sourcing
• Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing tools and AI solutions for recruitment processes
• Experience working in a software house / technology services company – significant advantage
• Managerial experience – advantage
