SEO & Organic Growth Lead

**SEO Specialist – Build Your Career, Own Real Results**

At ListingUp (home of Spacenter, Cowork, FitCenter, and more), we're hiring an SEO Specialist who wants real ownership with a clear path to be the "go to" expert.

This is a role for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience who's ready to step up. You won't be one of ten people on a team. You'll own SEO strategy for multiple platforms, work directly with leadership, and have measurable impact from week one.

**What you'll own:**

**SEO strategy & execution**

Keyword research, content structure, technical SEO, internal linking, and performance tracking across our platforms. You set the priorities, you measure the results.

**AI-powered workflows**

Content writing isn't part of the role - execution runs on AI workflows, optimization processes, and external writers. You'll design and improve those systems and make sure everything spot on.

**AI search & discovery**

We already operate across Gemini, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude and other AI search surfaces. You'll help us push further into this space.

**PPC fluency (not full ownership)**

You'll work closely with our paid campaigns (Google & Meta) to align SEO and PPC strategy — but you won't be running them day-to-day from day one.

**Data-driven decisions**

AI tools, GA4, Search Console, and performance reports are your daily tools — not optional ones.

**You're a strong fit if:**

• You have 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house, agency, or serious freelance work)

• You understand PPC at a strategic level - enough to talk funnels, attribution, and channel mix

• You're tech-oriented, comfortable with AI tools, and curious about how algorithms actually work

• You want autonomy and ownership, not predefined briefs

• You spot problems and propose solutions, not excuses

**This role isn't for you if:**

• You're looking for a senior-level salary today - we're hiring for growth potential, not for someone already at the top of their range.

• You're not interested in earning your way into become the top of the top over the next year

• **Salary:** ₪ 9,000–11,000 (based on experience)
