As a key member of our GenAI Applications team within the Data & AI Marketplace department, you will lead the design and deployment of agentic, ML-powered solutions that enhance our search, trip planning, and customer service offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of Generative AI, solving complex problems and driving real-world business impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Machine Learning Scientist, with a proven track record of delivering ML solutions to production.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI models at scale, Natural Language Processing, and related engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets, model development, experimentation, data visualization, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, LangChain, SQL, Spark or similar technologies, and strong coding practices aligned with production standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff toward achieving project goals.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working on high-traffic, mission-critical AI applications in production environments.
• Stakeholder management skills, especially dealing with vague or evolving requirements.
• Familiarity with deploying AI models in enterprise settings and integrating them into customer-facing platforms.
• Additional experience with visualization tools, experimentation strategies, or automation workflows.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Advanced degrees (PhD preferred) in relevant fields are a plus.
• Extensive experience in implementing large-scale ML and Agentic systems, particularly in customer-focused applications.
• Proven success in bringing GenAI solutions from research to production within high-traffic environments.
