We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Technician for Industrial Cooling Systems to join our technical service team in the Shfela area.

The role includes maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial cooling systems and related equipment, with a focus on high-tech and semiconductor manufacturing environments.

The Senior Service Technician will be responsible for identifying technical faults, performing mechanical and electrical checks, supporting preventive maintenance activities, completing service documentation, and working closely with customers and internal technical teams to ensure high service quality and system reliability.

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of industrial cooling systems and related equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and cooling-related faults
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and service documentation
• Use tools and testing equipment to perform mechanical and electrical checks
• Carry out preventive maintenance activities according to service procedures
• Provide technical feedback and recommendations following service visits
• Complete professional service reports and technical documentation
• Work directly with customers, field teams, and internal technical staff
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, reliability, and professionalism

• Proven experience as a service technician in cooling systems, HVAC, chillers, industrial equipment, or mechanical/electrical systems
• Strong hands-on technical capabilities
• Experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and equipment repair
• Good understanding of mechanical systems, electrical basics, and technical schematics
• Ability to read and work according to technical manuals and service procedures
• High level of responsibility, independence, organization, and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams
• Valid driver’s license – required
• Experience with industrial chillers / process cooling systems – significant advantage
• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or cleanroom environments – advantage
• Relevant technical certification in refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical maintenance, or electrical systems – advantage

התפקיד כולל תחזוקה, אבחון, איתור תקלות ותיקון של מערכות קירור תעשייתיות וציוד נלווה, בדגש על סביבת הייטק ותעשיית הסמיקונדקטור.

הטכנאי יהיה אחראי על ביצוע בדיקות מכניות וחשמליות, איתור תקלות, ביצוע תחזוקה מונעת, תיעוד מקצועי של פעולות השירות, ומתן מענה טכני איכותי ללקוחות ולצוותים פנימיים.

• ביצוע תחזוקה, אבחון ותיקון של מערכות קירור תעשייתיות וציוד נלווה
• איתור וטיפול בתקלות מכניות, חשמליות ותקלות בתחום הקירור
• קריאה והבנה של שרטוטים, סכמות חשמל, מדריכים טכניים והוראות עבודה
• שימוש בכלי עבודה וציוד בדיקה לביצוע בדיקות מכניות וחשמליות
• ביצוע תחזוקה מונעת בהתאם לנהלי השירות
• מתן משוב טכני והמלצות לאחר ביקורי שירות
• מילוי דוחות שירות ותיעוד טכני מקצועי
• עבודה שוטפת מול לקוחות, צוותי שטח וצוותים טכניים פנימיים
• שמירה על סטנדרטים גבוהים של בטיחות, איכות, אמינות ומקצועיות

• ניסיון מוכח כטכנאי שירות בתחום מערכות קירור, HVAC, צ׳ילרים, ציוד תעשייתי או מערכות מכניות/חשמליות
• יכולות טכניות גבוהות וגישה Hands-on
• ניסיון באבחון תקלות, Troubleshooting ותיקון ציוד
• הבנה טובה במערכות מכניות, ידע בסיסי/טוב בחשמל ויכולת קריאת סכמות
• יכולת עבודה לפי מדריכים טכניים, שרטוטים ונהלי שירות
• אחריות, עצמאות, סדר, ארגון וירידה לפרטים
• יחסי אנוש טובים ויכולת עבודה מול לקוחות וצוותים פנימיים
• רישיון נהיגה – חובה
• ניסיון עם צ׳ילרים תעשייתיים / מערכות Process Cooling – יתרון משמעותי
• ניסיון בסביבת סמיקונדקטור, הייטק, Fab או Cleanroom – יתרון
• תעודת טכנאי/הנדסאי בתחום קירור, מיזוג אוויר, מכונות או חשמל – יתרון
