Comblack is hiring a Credit Systems & Business Process Analyst!

What will you do?

• Analyze and define end-to-end business processes
• Identify business and regulatory needs and translate them into system requirements
• Write detailed functional specification documents
• Lead professional processes and propose improvements and solutions
• Work closely with business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders
• Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Write procedures and guidelines for business stakeholders

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience in business process analysis and requirements definition
• Relevant academic degree
• Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech – a strong advantage
• Ability to lead processes, manage stakeholders, and work independently
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
