Comblack is hiring a Credit Systems & Business Process Analyst!

Looking for a role that combines deep business understanding with technology and systems? This is a great opportunity to be part of impactful work and influence end-to-end processes.

What will you do?

Analyze and define end-to-end business processes
Identify business and regulatory needs and translate them into system requirements
Write detailed functional specification documents
Lead professional processes and propose improvements and solutions
Work closely with business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders
Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
Write procedures and guidelines for business stakeholders

What are we looking for?

At least 2 years of experience in business process analysis and requirements definition
Relevant academic degree
Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech – a strong advantage
Ability to lead processes, manage stakeholders, and work independently
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
