What are we looking for?

▪️ 7+ years of experience in WebForms / ASP.NET / .NET Core development – mandatory

▪️ Significant experience in maintaining, upgrading, and stabilizing large-scale legacy systems

▪️ Strong proficiency in C#, SQL Server, writing complex queries, and performance optimization

▪️ Experience in leading developers in an Agile environment (Code Reviews, Best Practices, Design)

▪️ Ability to influence technological direction and integrate AI capabilities into development processes
