UVision, a global leader for smart integrated systems, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager.
Job Description:
Overall responsibility for the Global Quality Management System, ensuring alignment across all sites.
Authoring, updating, and maintaining quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
Leading ISO 9001 and AS9100 audits.
Managing quality in manufacturing, engineering, and the global supply chain.
Leading CAPA processes and managing cross-functional teams to improve yields, quality, and reliability.
Requirements
At least 7+ years in Quality Management, with proven experience in a global organization.
Experience in a multidisciplinary manufacturing and development environment (Defense, Aerospace, or Medical Devices).
Certified Lead Auditor or relevant quality certifications (CQM/CQE) - Significant Advantage.
Technical understanding of complex systems and technologies (Electronics, Mechanics, and Software).
Proficiency with Priority ERP - Advantage.
Fluent, high-level English (reading, writing, and speaking).
