UX/UI Designer

Paragon is a fast-growing cyber company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. It’s an innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv. We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with a passion for leading best-in-class and innovative products.

In this role, you’ll leverage your passion for UX, solve complex challenges, design end-to-end user experiences and collaborate with different teams to create unique and intuitive features. You will play a crucial role in the design and development of our products, ensuring they are user-friendly, intuitive and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Translate highly complex concepts into clear and intuitive flows
• Apply and maintain consistency with Paragon’s standards and guidelines
• Maintain and extend the existing design system / component library
• Work in a dynamic environment with quick decision making within tight schedules
• Iterate on designs based on PM, developers, and user feedback
• Oversee projects from start to finish, collaborate with colleagues focused on product, design, copy, data, development and QA
• Run all creative work process for all UX/UI of our products, from research to final design
  
  

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience with end-to-end UX/UI design
• Demonstrable UX/UI skills with a strong portfolio which includes complex systems
• Mastery of Figma
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
• Quick learner, with a strong sense of ownership, proactive and self-motivated team player
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest of details
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
