Director of Finance | AI Startup

A fast-growing AI startup is developing cutting-edge computer vision and real-time analytics solutions, enabling organizations to generate actionable insights in complex, dynamic environments. With global deployment at scale, the company is building next-generation data-driven platforms.

We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Finance to lead the function, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a high-impact role combining FP&A, fundraising, and building scalable financial infrastructure in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, and financial modeling

• Own fundraising processes and investor relations

• Oversee financial reporting (Israeli GAAP & US GAAP)

• Manage cash flow, runway planning, and financial operations

• Partner with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to drive data-driven decisions

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience, including leadership experience

• CPA – required

• Big 4 background

• Strong experience in a tech company, SaaS experience — a significant advantage

• Hands-on approach with strong business and analytical skills
