Account Manager – B2B | Corporate Gifts & Benefits (Israel)

A leading Israeli company in the corporate gifts and employee benefits sector is looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team and lead relationships with some of the largest organizations in the Israeli market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients within the sales division
• Acquire new clients and expand activity with existing customers
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients
• Work closely with HR, Welfare, and Employee Committees
• Lead end-to-end sales projects – from initial contact to deal closure
• Provide professional, high-quality service and build long-term partnerships

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience – mandatory
• Experience selling to organizations / HR / welfare departments / employee committees – an advantage
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
• High motivation, initiative, independence, and a strong drive for success
• Proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Sunday–Thursday | 08:00–17:00
• On-site work from company offices (Kochav Yair / Tzur Yigal area)
