Electronics PR. Engineer for the Test Equipment Department

Joining the production engineering team for comprehensive support and maintenance of the testing system, providing service and troubleshooting at the various production stations, and supporting the implementation of new testing equipment in the factory departments.

Job Responsibilities:

 Periodic testing and calibrations, maintenance and upgrading of production stations on the production and development line.

 Responsibility for the braiding area, planning, drawing and building new braids.

 Researching and repairing station faults on the production and development line at the level of Level D.

 Development verification (validation) for new stations.

 Writing procedures.

 Availability to handle urgent faults on the production line.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Electronics Engineer (Control) from a recognized institution – Required

• 5 years of experience, in production line support including calibrations of control systems, failure investigations and troubleshooting at the level of a Level 4 technician – Required

• 3 years of experience in PLC-based test systems – Required, Beckhoff systems – Significant advantage, Unitronics.

• Familiarity and experience validating test stands – software and hardware (automation) – Significant advantage.

• Understanding of the combination of software, hardware and mechanics.

• Proficiency in reading electrical drawings in CAD software: Altium/OrCAD.

• Familiarity with one or more of the following software languages: LabVIEW, Test Stand, PLC+HMI, C – Significant advantage.

• Proficiency in working with a PLM system (TC – Significant advantage)

• Familiarity with systems – ERP.

• Independence and motivation to develop.

• Service-mindedness – the role requires providing a response to various factors within the company.

• Languages – Full command of Hebrew and English
