Experienced Technical Team Lead managing IT professionals and driving high-quality service delivery. Responsible for leading the team, meeting service KPIs, and resolving complex technical issues while leveraging deep expertise in operating systems, networks, and hardware.

Combines strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on technical approach. Thrives in fast-paced environments, maintaining high service standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the organization’s technical support team, ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement

• Define and implement processes, procedures, and service ticketing systems

• Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, networks, and operating systems

• Manage IT vendors and external service providers

• Maintain physical & virtual servers and cloud environments (AWS / Azure)

• Oversee end-user equipment, telephony, and multimedia systems

• Maintain security systems (Firewall, Antivirus, EDR, Backups)

• Collaborate with auditors, providing documentation and reports as required

• Support IT projects and system integrations across complex environments

• Ensure compliance with strict information security standards
