Company Controller
A growing defense technology company, part of a leading corporate group, is seeking a Company Controller to lead its financial operations. This is a dynamic role within a professional and pleasant work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the accounting department
- Responsibility for the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
- Full responsibility for cash flow management, including building financial data and databases from scratch
- Preparation of management control reports across multiple financial and operational aspects
- Ongoing financial oversight and internal monitoring
- Active involvement in a fast‑growing, dynamic organization
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Controller – 2–3 years
- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with IFRS
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing / industrial company
- Familiarity with complex financial systems
- High‑level English – mandatory
- Excellent Excel skills – mandatory
- MBA (Master’s degree in Business Administration) – advantage
