Company Controller

A growing defense technology company, part of a leading corporate group, is seeking a Company Controller to lead its financial operations. This is a dynamic role within a professional and pleasant work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the accounting department
• Responsibility for the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Full responsibility for cash flow management, including building financial data and databases from scratch
• Preparation of management control reports across multiple financial and operational aspects
• Ongoing financial oversight and internal monitoring
• Active involvement in a fast‑growing, dynamic organization

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Controller – 2–3 years
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with IFRS
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing / industrial company
• Familiarity with complex financial systems
• High‑level English – mandatory
• Excellent Excel skills – mandatory
• MBA (Master’s degree in Business Administration) – advantage
