The BIM Manager is accountable for the strategic direction, governance, and program‑wide consistency of BIM implementation for Tel Aviv Metro Line M2.

The role owns the BIM Execution Plan, ensures alignment with Owner requirements (NTA), ISO 19650, and Program‑level digital strategy, and represents M2 in cross‑line (M1/M3) BIM coordination and escalation.

This is a management, assurance, and stakeholder‑facing role, not a production or authoring role.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the BIM Execution Plan for Metro Line M2, ensuring alignment with NTA requirements and ISO 19650.
• Define and govern BIM strategy, standards, and workflows across all disciplines and contractors.
• Ensure BIM compliance, quality assurance, information delivery, and effective use of the Common Data Environment (ACC).
• Act as the primary BIM interface with NTA, cross-line teams (M1/M3), and senior project stakeholders.
• Oversee model federation, integration reviews, and digital strategy including iTwin and digital twin readiness.
• Lead and develop the BIM delivery team, providing governance, guidance, and capability development.

Qualifications

• Senior BIM / Digital Delivery professional
• Strong governance, assurance, and senior stakeholder management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of large‑scale rail and metro systems - advantage
• Proven expertise in ISO 19650, CDE environments, and systems integration.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision‑making, and cross‑organizational coordination skills.
