Both products are deeply interconnected, yet serve very different audiences - and your job will be to make them feel seamless.

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead Neema’s company-wide AI initiatives. This is not a traditional PM role - you’ll operate at the intersection of product, engineering, data and AI, turning high-impact ideas into real, production-ready solutions, as part of the CTO’s office.

Our vision is to build a team that transcends above the “day-to-day” and works on its own roadmap.

You’ll need to identify opportunities across the company, shape them into products, and drive execution end-to-end.

Just to be clear - We’re not looking for a POCs machine. We’re looking for someone that owns the entire product lifecycle including implementation.

A successful initiative will be one that’s going live to production - while complying with our security and privacy standards.

What you’ll do

Own the problem. Ship the solution.

• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across teams and business units.
• Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and translate them into practical solutions.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery and rollout, with full ownership over outcomes.

Supercharge it all with AI

• Use AI tools to rapidly prototype ideas, validate concepts, but also build working solutions.
• Bring a builder mindset - you don’t wait for perfect specs; you build, iterate, and get your solutions into production yourself.
• Continuously explore and integrate new AI capabilities into real use cases across the company.

Build & integrate (not just define)

• Work closely with R&D and Data - and build or integrate with our data sources, user data and production workloads when needed.
• Lead technical integrations (APIs, tools, internal systems) and bring solutions to production.
• Move seamlessly between product thinking and hands-on execution.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner (or similar).
• Strong technical understanding.
• Hands-on mindset - you build, test, and ship (not just write specs).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders.
• Proven experience in utilizing AI tools in complex production environments.
• High ownership and ability to drive execution independently.
• Background in development or experience as a Tech Lead with a strong product mindset - an advantage.
• Genuine passion for AI - you actively explore new tools and have informed opinions about what works.
