Assistant Controller

The Assistant Controller is responsible for supporting the company’s financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and ongoing accounting operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including supporting materials for review and external CPA audits
• Preparation of tax reports and ongoing interaction with tax authorities
• Preparation of documentation and materials for SOX audits
• Monthly reporting and execution of payments to statutory authorities: VAT, income tax withholding, and National Insurance
• Supervision and control of the company’s bookkeeping activities
• Responsibility for corporate files and coordination with the company’s legal advisors regarding capital markets matters and reporting to the Securities Authority.

Requirements

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Experience working with tax authorities and preparing tax reports
• Experience with SOX compliance and audit preparation
• Ability to work closely with management and operational teams
