Indigo is looking for bright, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join our growing team of Retention Representatives. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring swift resolutions and capturing insights to prevent recurrence. - Maintaining a consistently positive attitude. - Reduce churn and maximize customer retention - Efficiently manage time and prioritize client requests.
