We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Manager to own our marketing execution and directly support our global sales efforts.
This is an execution-focused role designed for a high-ownership professional who thrives on building materials, managing digital presence, and running international events. If you are a "doer" looking for a lean, fast-moving environment with significant growth potential, this is your next move.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-impact sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and product sheets to support ongoing deals.
- Manage our website and LinkedIn presence, executing content initiatives such as articles, posts, and newsletters.
- Plan and execute end-to-end participation in major defense exhibitions and conferences in Israel and abroad.
- Coordinate external partners, including PR agencies, designers, and content creators, to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Maintain a professional and consistent message across all external communication touchpoints.
- Direct experience working within the defense sector/defense tech NOT Cybersecurity.
- 3+ years in marketing, communications, or content roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects independently with high attention to detail.
- Native or near-native English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva; experience with AI-based productivity and marketing tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
