About the Role
A fast-growing global company is looking for a Sales Operations & Planning Specialist to support its commercial and operational activities across international markets.
This role combines sales operations, customer coordination, and planning, with strong involvement in end-to-end order processes and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support global sales operations and work closely with international customers
- Ensure a high level of service and experience for global partners
- Manage the full order lifecycle (from order receipt through invoicing)
- Review and approve customer orders and coordinate production schedules
- Work closely with production teams on planning and supply alignment
- Build sales forecasts and track performance vs. plan
- Analyze gaps between forecast and actuals and provide actionable insights
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Operations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales operations / planning / supply chain roles
- Excellent English (written and spoken; near-native level preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems – an advantage
- Strong written communication skills
