Finance Manager

Role Overview

A manufacturing company in the defense industry is seeking a Finance Manager / Controller for a key and impactful role within the Finance department.

This position involves full financial ownership, including reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and support of long-term projects in a complex manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Budget control and monitoring performance vs. plan
• Cash flow management and reporting to senior management
• Work closely with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Lead and manage the accounting team
• Support and oversee long-term projects and contracts (with focus on manufacturing/defense projects)
• Implement and monitor SOX procedures and internal controls

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience as a Controller / Finance Manager in a manufacturing company – mandatory
• Strong experience with inventory, production costs, and long-term project accounting – mandatory
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Priority ERP – mandatory
• High level of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
