Role Overview

A manufacturing company in the defense industry is seeking a Finance Manager / Controller for a key and impactful role within the Finance department.

This position involves full financial ownership, including reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and support of long-term projects in a complex manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Budget control and monitoring performance vs. plan
Cash flow management and reporting to senior management
Work closely with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
Lead and manage the accounting team
Support and oversee long-term projects and contracts (with focus on manufacturing/defense projects)
Implement and monitor SOX procedures and internal controls

Requirements

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
At least 3 years of experience as a Controller / Finance Manager in a manufacturing company – mandatory
Strong experience with inventory, production costs, and long-term project accounting – mandatory
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Priority ERP – mandatory
High level of English (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
