Bookkeeper & Collections Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Collections Specialist to join a growing Finance team.

This role involves managing global accounts receivable processes, supporting vendor accounting activities, and ensuring accurate financial reconciliations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in maintaining efficient financial operations in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable and collections, primarily with international clients
  • Handle vendor accounting processes, including corporate credit cards
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
  • Assist with audit preparation and support external auditors
  • Provide ongoing support to the Finance team in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Bookkeeping certification (Type 1+2) – required
  • Type 3 certification – an advantage
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles – required
  • Experience working in English in a business environment – required
  • Strong Excel skills – required
  • Experience with SAP Business One – an advantage
