Role Overview
A leading defense company is seeking an experienced System Engineer to lead the technical management of advanced precision tracking projects within its R&D department.
This role combines system architecture, hands-on engineering, and full lifecycle project ownership — from requirements definition through integration, validation, and customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical management of multidisciplinary R&D projects
- Own and define system architecture for complex systems
- Define and manage system, software, and hardware requirements
- Plan, track, and monitor all development activities
- Manage and control R&D budgets (materials and labor)
- Lead customer-facing technical activities, including Design Reviews, Acceptance Testing, and system deployment
- Actively participate in system integration and Proof of Design
- Design electrical connectivity between LRU units
- Perform system-level troubleshooting across multiple disciplines
Requirements
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering – mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience as part of a multidisciplinary R&D team – strict requirement
- Proven experience managing projects across the full lifecycle
- Strong experience writing requirements and specifications in English
- Experience in designing complex system architectures
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities at the system level
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
