What will you do?

You will join a team building both new greenfield products and established SaaS platforms — from shaping the architecture of cutting-edge autonomous AI agent systems to delivering features across our core insurance technology suite. We are working on some of the newest concepts in the industry, building from scratch, iterating fast, and evolving the architecture as the market takes shape.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a top-tier full-stack developer with at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with hands-on expertise in at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue, and strong backend development skills.

The ideal candidate is a strong, professional engineer who is both independent and collaborative, with a can-do attitude and a drive to figure things out in uncharted territory. You should be passionate about clean, maintainable code, take pride in delivering reliable services, and care deeply about creating outstanding user experiences that drive value for customers.

Requirements:

What should you have?

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer
• Proficiency in a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue) with strong TypeScript skills
• Strong backend development skills in Python and/or TypeScript (Node.js)
• Experience working on production grade SaaS products
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and distributed systems or microservices architectures.
• Strong technical design experience, capable of architecting complex features and components in evolving, greenfield environments.
• Comfortable working with AI-powered development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude) and eager to shape how the team builds software in the AI era.
• Ability to take full ownership of features end-to-end, from concept through production, in a fast-moving environment.
