What will you do?

You will lead and build a full-stack team responsible for our next-generation AI product — a new platform that enables customers to create autonomous AI agents within their organizations, acting as AI workers alongside human teams. This is a greenfield initiative, where you will lead the team through concept validation, rapid iteration, and architectural evolution as the category takes shape.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting code quality, reliability, and ownership
• Architect and build the foundations of the Agents platform, designing systems that enable customers to create, configure, and deploy autonomous AI agents
• Own end-to-end product delivery — from backend APIs to user-facing UI — collaborating with Product and stakeholders to validate concepts and deliver iteratively
• Drive R&D strategy as part of the R&D leadership team, influencing technical direction and fostering innovation
• Shape how software is built in the AI era, including adopting AI-powered development tools and evolving engineering workflows
• Cultivate a culture that balances agility, technical excellence, and continuous learning
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience leading full-stack engineering teams
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade products end-to-end
• Experience building products from 0→1 in fast-moving, evolving environments
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong communication skills and full ownership mindset, with the ability to drive projects from requirements to production
• Deep hands-on engineering background, including the ability to contribute to code and make architectural decisions
• Passion for rethinking how software is built in the AI era — from leveraging AI-powered development tools to shaping new engineering workflows and best practices
