We are looking for a DevOps Manager to lead the DevOps domain both technically and managerially in a hybrid cloud environment (AWS & Azure).
The role includes hands‑on ownership of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and observability, while managing and mentoring a DevOps team and working closely with development, infrastructure, cyber, and business teams.
Key Requirements (Summary)
- Extensive experience with AWS and/or Azure (multi‑cloud & hybrid architectures preferred)
- Strong background in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience with containers & orchestration (Kubernetes / AKS / ECS)
- Solid understanding of cloud security, monitoring & logging (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
- Hands‑on scripting (Python / Bash / PowerShell)
- 3+ years managing DevOps or infrastructure teams
- Ability to translate technical challenges into scalable, standardized solutions
- English – high level
Nice to Have
- FinOps / cloud cost optimization experience
- Open‑source tooling (Ansible, Nexus)
- Exposure to Generative AI / LLMOps environments
