R&D Manager – Lead a High-Performing Technology Team

Location: Tirat Carmel, Israel

Reporting to: CTO

We’re looking for a technology leader with a passion for code, people, and complex products. If you’re comfortable doing deep technical dives while also leading strategic processes and managing a strong engineering team, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Manage: Hands-on leadership of a development and QA team of ~10 engineers.
• End-to-End Delivery: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across the full lifecycle, ensuring high quality and reliability of core systems.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success teams to understand business needs and translate them into high-quality technical solutions.
• Operational Excellence: Own system uptime, information security, and on-time delivery in a dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Experience: At least 5 years of experience developing information systems using C# and .NET.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum 4 years managing development teams.
• Data & Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in MS SQL (design, optimization, and complex queries).
• Business Acumen: Ability to analyze processes, understand organizational environments, and think beyond code.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate teams, prioritize effectively, and deliver under pressure.
• Languages: High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS / Cloud-native environments
• Familiarity with Node.js
• Background in Cybersecurity / Information Security
