Loan Operations Analyst

Role: Loan Operations Analyst (Tel Aviv)

We are seeking a motivated Loan Operations Analyst to join our Tel Aviv office and support the day-to-day operations of our lending portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to learn from and work alongside experienced professionals at a global alternative credit manager with a distinctive investment strategy at the intersection of technology and credit. The role focuses on loan servicing, financial data analysis, operational reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate and timely execution across all loan lifecycle activities. You will work closely with our fund operations, accounting, and investment teams as part of a collaborative, hands-on operational group.

Key Responsibilities

• Loan servicing & monitoring: Manage end-to-end loan operations processes including servicing, repayment tracking, covenant monitoring, and maintenance of accurate loan records across the portfolio.
• Data analysis & reporting: Perform strong quantitative analysis using Excel, proprietary systems, and other tools to track loan performance, identify trends, and prepare clear, accurate operational reports.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the fund operations, accounting, and investment teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting, supporting quarter-end processes with clean, well-organized data.
• Systems & process improvement: Operate and enhance proprietary portfolio management systems and Excel-based tools; actively drive workflow improvements, automation initiatives, and AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and data integrity across operational processes.
• Team support: Support the Loan Operations team across ad hoc projects and day-to-day activities, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA in Data, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent from a leading academic institution, with strong academic standing.
• 0–2 years of experience in loan operations, financial analysis, data analysis, or a related financial role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, proprietary financial systems, and Microsoft Office Suite – a must.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with sharp problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, and a high sense of accountability.
• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools and automation to improve operational workflows.
• A proactive, collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• SQL and basic coding skills – an advantage.
