DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced DevOps Engineer to join a central DevOps platform team, responsible for designing, building, and scaling organization-wide automation and application infrastructure solutions in cloud environments.

The team leads the implementation of enterprise-grade DevOps technologies and automation platforms, providing infrastructure capabilities across the entire technology organization.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain application infrastructures for DevOps and automation platforms
• Build innovative automation solutions with a strong focus on platform thinking
• Lead initiatives to improve Developer Experience (DX) and Time to Market (TTM)
• Establish and operate automation infrastructures in private and public cloud environments
• Work closely with multiple development teams across the organization

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience- mandatory
• Strong passion for technology and working with diverse tools and platforms
• Proven experience with application infrastructure platforms
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker
• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience with ArgoCD (GitOps)
• Experience with databases such as Redis, MongoDB, MySQL
• Understanding of enterprise-scale CI/CD processes
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• High level of self-learning, ownership, and motivation
• Team player with a strong desire to make an impact
