Product Manager | Jerusalem | Full-time

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Product Manager for an organization in Jerusalem. This role focuses on leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of technological products while working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product development, implementation, and continuous improvement processes
• Coordinate between development teams, vendors, and end customers
• Define product vision, strategy, and goals
• Conduct meetings with customers and vendors, both internally and externally as needed
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Write product requirements and specification documents
• Work closely with customers, vendors, and development teams
• Measure and analyze product performance
• Provide support for issues, needs, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for solutions
• Collect user feedback and lead continuous improvement processes

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in product management – required
• Experience in technological / mechanical / cellular / RF environments
• Experience working in teams and with cross-functional interfaces
• At least 2 years of experience in budget planning and management
• Experience managing projects in a technological environment
• Experience working with external vendors and service providers
