Data Scientist

Data Scientist | Jerusalem | Full-time

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Data Scientist for an organization in Jerusalem. This role focuses on developing advanced data models, driving AI solutions, and delivering impactful insights for business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop complex data models using statistical analysis and algorithmic approaches
• Design and implement statistical and mathematical models (forecasting, classification, neural networks, machine learning)
• Integrate domains such as Machine Learning, optimization theory, and additional scientific methods
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build complex solutions and analyze new data sources
• Work with Big Data environments, develop algorithms, and analyze processes to identify trends and directions
• Deliver insights and knowledge to development teams and product managers to support business decisions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data-related roles, including at least 2 years in Data Science
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models to production (e.g., TorchServe, NVIDIA Triton)
• Strong proficiency in Python and writing production-level code (including Pydantic)
• Experience working with GCP, including tools such as Artifact Registry, Cloud Run Jobs, Workflows, and GKE
• Proven experience building Generative AI agents and working with technologies such as RAG, Google A2A, ADK, MSP, and Function Calling
• Experience with DevOps processes such as Docker and CI/CD
