🔹 What You'll Own

• Drive commercial growth and clinical adoption of robotic surgery across Israel's leading medical centers

• Own the full sales cycle – from C-suite engagement to OR-level clinical buy-in

• Build strategic partnerships with surgeons, hospital leadership, and procurement teams

• Expand da Vinci's footprint into new surgical specialties and institutions

• Act as the market-facing expert on robotic surgical technology

🔹 Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years in capital equipment, robotics, defense systems, or medical device sales – mandatory

• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles

• Technical aptitude – you understand systems, not just features

• BSc in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent – mandatory

• Fluent Hebrew and English

• High autonomy, strong drive, strategic mindset
