Lead System Engineer (IT Infrastructure)

A leading technology organization is looking for an experienced Lead System Engineer to join a unique large-scale strategic program operating at the forefront of enterprise IT infrastructure.

This is a high-impact role within a multidisciplinary environment, focused on complex infrastructure ecosystems, advanced communications, cyber security, and large-scale operational systems.

The position involves close collaboration with architects and top experts across Infrastructure, Networking, Cyber Security, and DevOps domains, while leading critical technological initiatives in highly complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale and complex IT infrastructure projects from requirements definition through integration and deployment
• Define system architecture and technological requirements across infrastructure, networking, monitoring, and cyber security domains
• Lead multidisciplinary implementation and integration teams in matrix environments
• Drive system engineering processes and technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and present technical reviews and design milestones (SRR, PDR, CDR) to senior management and customers
• Work closely with system architects, infrastructure experts, communication specialists, and DevOps teams
• Lead strategic cross-organizational technological initiatives in secured operational environments

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large and complex projects in IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Cyber Security environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and integration processes
• Experience working with complex multi-interface systems and high-scale operational environments
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and disciplines
• Ability to operate in strategic, high-responsibility technological programs

Position located in the Haifa area

Option to work 1-2 days a week from a site closer to your home location (not only from the North)
