We are looking for a SAP TM Implementor to join the SAP division of one of our clients, as part of the L2A – Lead to Agreement team.

This role focuses on the SAP TM – Transportation Management module, supporting commercial processes such as rate management, customer quotations, customer agreements, and pricing capabilities across different portals.

The position combines classic SAP implementation, business process analysis, system customization, functional specifications, and close collaboration with business users, development teams, and product teams.

Role Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP TM-related business processes.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Adapt SAP solutions to support commercial and operational processes.
• Write functional specifications and BRD documents.
• Define development requirements for internal platforms and new products.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and product teams.
• Support and accompany development processes from requirements through delivery.
• Collaborate as part of a professional SAP team.
• Work with global stakeholders and teams abroad.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on SAP implementation experience in SD / TM / MM modules – mandatory.
• Military experience in SAP implementation is also relevant.
• Experience with SAP TM – significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into system requirements.
• Experience writing BRD / functional specification documents – advantage.
• Experience working with business users and development teams.
• High-level English – mandatory, due to work with international teams.
• Strong analytical skills, service orientation, and teamwork abilities
