New Products Manager ( RCS /AMS)

The Microwave Vision Group (MVG) Research and development team consist of 20 highly motivated people located in Pomezia, Italy and Villejust France. We are a leader on the supply and installation of advanced and innovative test solutions for antenna, OTA (Over-The-Air), RADAR Cross Section (RCS) and EMC (ElectroMagnetic Compatibility) testing. A further activity is computational electro-magnetic support in the design and analysis of antenna, RCS and Radom characterizations. Due to the continued development and investment in human and material resources, we are again looking for outstanding candidates that are willing to take part of the exciting development of the group.

Job Description

We are looking for a New Products Manager. The successful candidate will join our New Product Manager team in the R&D department at MVG, contributing to both the management and technical development of our research and innovation initiatives. As the team expands internationally, the ideal candidate will be expected to take on increasing responsibility, eventually leading future R&D projects from conception to completion and playing a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our technology roadmap and growth.

Requirements

• University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. The ideal candidate has a few years of practical working experience in highly innovative R&D environments/university or could be a newly graduate with some management skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and in a strong team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. Good writing and oral communication skills in the main languages used within MVG: English (required).
• Valid working permit for the European Union (required).

Desired Skills

• Solid knowledge in conducted and radiated RF domain and/or RF systems engineering
• Experience in Project management or in Process Engineering using diffuse project management tools
• Ability to interact with engineers in other domains (Mechanics, Software, Electronics, signal processing,…) and other departments (Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing,…)
• Experience with antenna and/or RCS measurement systems and technologies: Near Field, Far Field, Compact Range
• Familiarity with basic programming languages such as MatLab, Python,....
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural, multinational environment
• Knowledge on defining and tracking budgets and resources
