Electro-Optics Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electro-Optics Engineer to join a leading team, in a role that combines development, integration, and the establishment of advanced production infrastructures.

This position involves working with complex electro-optical systems, while leading the setup and implementation of new production lines—from development stages through to serial production.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve electro-optical sensors and systems
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex system failures
• Lead the setup of new production lines and technological infrastructures from scratch
• Design and establish workstations, fixtures, and dedicated equipment
• Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) processes and transfer products from R&D to production
• Integrate and implement new equipment and technologies into production lines
• Train teams and support on-site implementation processes
• Drive process improvements to optimize performance, quality, and throughput

Requirements:

• M.Sc. in Physics / Electro-Optics
• At least 3 years of industry experience in development or work with optical systems
• Strong hands-on experience with electro-optical systems and sensors
• Proven experience in setting up or upgrading production lines / technological infrastructures
• Experience with NPI processes and transferring products from development to production
• Hands-on experience in system integration and equipment implementation
