Financial Controller

We are working in a hybrid mode- 2 days from home and 3 days from our offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 bookkeepers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in financial reporting and day-to-day operations.
• Assist the Director of Finance in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of the finance team by leveraging automation and best practices where possible.
• Oversee accounting for multiple entities across different geographies, ensuring accuracy in foreign currency translations, intercompany transactions, and global reporting requirements.
• Manage the company’s financial data and processes using Priority ERP software, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting across all entities.
• Reporting to the Director of Finance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• CPA qualification from a Big 4 accounting firm, with a preference for experience in the high-tech sector.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Controller/ Assistant Controller.
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition and financial reporting within a B2B SaaS or technology company serving international enterprise customers
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Priority ERP system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly capable in multitasking and prioritizing, working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Strong technical orientation, with hands-on experience leveraging automated financial processes, advanced tools, and AI-driven solutions to optimize finance operations.
• Ability to work independently, while still being a true team player with a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
