Endpoint Security Infrastructure Specialist

Endpoint Security Infrastructure Specialist to join our Information Security team and take ownership of designing, implementing, operating, maintaining, and improving enterprise security solutions across the organization.

This role is focused on Endpoint Security technologies, system hardening, security integrations, and operational security infrastructure, while working closely with IT, infrastructure, networking, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and upgrade Endpoint Security solutions across the organization
• Manage and operate Endpoint Protection platforms including EPP, EDR, and DLP solutions
• Perform system hardening for Windows and Linux environments according to security best practices
• Define and enforce security policies, endpoint configurations, and protection standards
• Lead security integration projects and participate in enterprise security initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex security and infrastructure-related issues
• Work closely with infrastructure, networking, and IT teams on security architecture and implementations
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Monitor and improve endpoint security posture and operational effectiveness
• Stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity technologies, threats, and best practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Information Security or Infrastructure roles with strong focus on Endpoint Security - Must
• Hands-on experience with Endpoint Protection technologies such as EDR, EPP, and DLP - Must
• Proven experience in system hardening and security policy implementation for Windows and Linux systems - Must
• Experience implementing and integrating enterprise security products and leading security-related projects - Must
• Strong knowledge of Application Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) - Must
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems - Must
• Good understanding of networking and security infrastructure, including:
• Firewalls - Must
• Networking concepts and protocols - Must
• TLS / SSL / IPsec - Must
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in security and infrastructure environments
• Ability to learn new security technologies independently and adapt quickly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Experience working in enterprise or complex production environments
• Experience with modern enterprise security architectures and endpoint management solutions
