About the Role

We are looking for a Product & AI Solutions Specialist to join our MIS Business Applications group at Playtika. In this role, you will drive AI-led transformation across corporate business units, helping scale innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and redefine how internal teams work.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, identify optimization opportunities, build and implement AI-powered tools and agents that create measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with internal MIS teams and business stakeholders to ensure strong alignment and effective delivery of solutions
• Analyze and map business processes across corporate functions (e.g., Legal, Operations, Internal Communications, HR/Wellbeing)
  
  

Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, design and build AI-driven solutions and agents to address them

• Lead the implementation and adoption of AI agents and tools, including user onboarding and training for diverse technical audiences
• Monitor product usage, analyze trends, and measure business impact and ROI
• Work closely with external vendors and solution providers, defining requirements and bridging gaps between product capabilities and business needs
• Drive internal community initiatives to promote AI adoption and knowledge sharing
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and market trends, and evaluate their relevance to Playtika’s needs
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in analyzing and improving business processes (must)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as GPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar
• Experience in building, deploying and leading adoption of AI agents at scale
• Background in Product Management
• Strong technical orientation, including familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar frameworks
• Experience working with Legal and Information Security teams within an organization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
