We are seeking a Senior Planner to join our Operations team.

This is a key operational role responsible for leading end-to-end planning activities across demand, supply, inventory, materials, and production. The Senior Planner will support operational stability, business growth and cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage planning activities across supply, materials, inventory, and production
• Translate forecasts, sales trends, and business requirements into executable operational plans
• Execute and improve MRP and ERP-driven planning processes
• Monitor inventory levels, material availability, open orders, and supply risks to ensure operational continuity
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, procurement, and internal operational teams
• Track production schedules, shipment ETAs, and replenishment activities across global operations
• Maintain planning parameters and data accuracy within the ERP system, including lead times, MOQ, safety stock, and reorder points
• Support forecasting, purchasing, and inventory optimization processes
• Identify operational gaps, delays and bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions
• Build and maintain operational KPIs, reports, and planning analysis
• Support process improvement initiatives, scalability projects, and operational planning infrastructure

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, or operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting methodologies
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite Advantage)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong ownership and cross-functional communication skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
