🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Mechanical Engineer (R&D)

📍 Location: Aseret, Israel (Hybrid – 3 days/week in the office)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex engineering challenges, contribute throughout the entire product lifecycle, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams.

What you'll do:

- Design and optimize thermo-fluid and mechanical systems

- Develop mechanical assemblies, fluid circuits, and thermal management solutions

- Perform thermal and fluid analysis to improve product performance

- Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities

- Design, execute, and analyze engineering experiments

- Create engineering documentation, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications

- Collaborate with electrical, software, controls, and systems engineers

- Participate in design reviews, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

What we're looking for:

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

- 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within an R&D environment

- Strong background in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics

- Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and experimental validation

- Proficiency with SolidWorks (3D modeling, assemblies, technical drawings)

- Experience with NPI processes and manufacturing readiness

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GD&T

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Professional English proficiency

Nice to have:

- Experience with HVAC, cooling systems, energy storage, or industrial thermal management

- Familiarity with CFD or FEA simulations

- Knowledge of phase-change materials (PCM)

- Experience working with large-scale industrial systems

- Understanding of engineering standards such as IEC, UL, or ASHRAE
