Event Coordinator

One of the Big Five Tech Companies is looking for a Communities Events Coordinator to join a global and dynamic team.

The role focuses on managing and coordinating community events from end to end, including logistics, budget management, vendor coordination, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of community events, including venues, accommodations, flights, and attendee communication
• Manage the yearly budget for all community events
• Coordinate swag production and delivery for events
• Serve as the main point of contact for third-party event organizers
• Track, manage, and monitor vendors and partners across all community events
• Analyze community feedback after each event and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support internal and external communication with community users and stakeholders
• Present during meetings and community events when needed

Requirements

• High level of spoken and written English
• Strong project management skills with end-to-end ownership
• Ability to travel up to 30%
• Previous experience in event planning and coordination
• Experience with project and budget management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
