A leading organization is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex cross-organizational projects focused on logistics, supply chain, and core enterprise systems in an advanced SAP S/4HANA environment.

About the Role

As an SAP Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end strategic SAP projects — from initiation and business analysis through implementation, deployment, and stabilization.

The role combines business process understanding, operational alignment, and SAP solution delivery, with a strong focus on logistics, warehouse management, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional SAP projects in an SAP S/4HANA environment
• Manage full project lifecycle: scope, timelines, budget, risks, and resources
• Collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, operations, finance, and supply chain stakeholders
• Work alongside infrastructure and technical teams
• Manage vendors and external partners including implementation, development, QA, and BASIS teams
• Lead steering committees, executive status reporting, and stakeholder presentations
• Drive end-to-end logistics and supply chain process implementation within SAP EWM/MM/SD
• Support logistics transformation and warehouse modernization initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing SAP projects – Must
• Hands-on experience with logistics and supply chain processes – Must
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field – Must
• Strong understanding of SAP logistics modules (EWM / WM / MM / SD)
• Experience managing cross-organizational enterprise projects – advantage
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments – significant advantage
• Experience integrating SAP with external systems – advantage
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and matrix management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including work with senior management
