Data Scientist

We’re hiring a Data Scientist to join a leading financial organization building advanced AI and data capabilities.

This role sits at the intersection of data, machine learning and real business impact, working end-to-end on ML and GenAI solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing end-to-end ML solutions, from research to production
• Working with data exploration, feature engineering and statistical analysis
• Designing, training and optimizing machine learning models
• Working with LLMs, including fine-tuning, embeddings, vector stores and RAG
• Deploying models to production in collaboration with ML Engineering, DevOps and development teams
• Monitoring model performance, identifying drift and retraining when needed
• Working closely with business stakeholders and presenting insights
• Driving improvements in ML and AI methodologies across the team

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Strong experience with Python and leading ML libraries
• Strong SQL skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM technologies is a strong advantage
