International Sales Executive
Location: Netanya, Israel - just a 2-minute walk from the train station

Equalweb.com is a global leader and pioneer in web accessibility. We are a B2B SaaS company providing advanced accessibility solutions for medium and large organizations worldwide.
We are looking for experienced Sales Executives / Account Managers to join our growing international sales team, with a primary focus on the US and European markets.
Our innovative accessibility technology helps individuals with various disabilities browse and interact with digital content more effectively, while enabling our clients to improve compliance, inclusion, and overall user experience.
Responsibilities- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract signing.
- Support client onboarding by working closely with the Client Success team to help customers make their digital content accessible.
- Identify new opportunities to increase lead generation through additional channels.
- Optimize and improve the sales funnel.
- Participate in conferences, client meetings, negotiations, contract signing, and deal closing.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Create compelling presentations and proposals for enterprise clients.
- Conduct online demos, phone calls, and video meetings with prospective customers.
- Meet weekly and monthly with outbound calling targets.
- Work with international clients during US business hours, including evening hours in Israel, typically 17:00-23:00, with a hybrid work model [for the late hours].
- B2B sales experience - must.
- 2+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience - preferred.
- Native-level English, with the ability to represent the company professionally to senior executives - must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially presentation skills - must.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions.
- Confident in conducting sales conversations via phone, video calls, and online demos.
- Ability to present both commercial and technical information clearly.
- Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of digital accessibility.
