Payroll Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our global team. This is a hands-on role in the payroll domain, involving data analysis, process control, and coordination across multiple countries.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and oversee payroll processes across multiple countries
• Work with payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, and compensation components
• Handle employee expense reimbursements and benefits (e.g., insurance, sick leave)
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and payroll regulations
• Perform ongoing controls, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different teams and regions

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in payroll or compensation & benefits
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a global or multi-country environment — an advantage
• Familiarity with EOR companies or labor law — an advantage

Languages:

• Fluency in Hebrew & English - required
