Software Developer (AI Agents & Backend)

The Project

We are building a greenfield platform from the ground up to replace a 25-year-old legacy system in the shipping and logistics industry. This isn't just a rewrite; the next-gen product will be powered by AI agents, automating the core functionality of the business.

The Role

We are looking for a developer (1–4 years experience) who is a "tinkerer" at heart—someone who experiments with tech for fun and learns fast. You will be mentored closely by our lead developers, participating in both the architectural planning and the implementation of AI-based agentic workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Develop backend services and AI-based agentic workflows.
• Plan and implement platform and infrastructure components.
• Design and manage AI agent orchestration and logic.
• Contribute to platform architectural planning.
• Manage containerized deployments (Docker/K8s) on Azure.

• Google Gemini, LangGraph, Langfuse

Requirements

• 1–4 years of backend development experience (Must).
• Strong software engineering foundations.
• Personality: A fast learner who genuinely loves technology and explores it independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing AI agents (LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Docker/K8s.
• Experience with Azure cloud environments.

Location & Work Style

• Location: Park Afek, Rosh Haayin.
• Hybrid: At least 2 days a week in-office.
