UI/UX Designer part-time

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site+ remote role based in Israel for a U/UX Designer. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for applying design thinking principles to create intuitive and user-centered interfaces. Responsibilities include designing visually compelling user experiences that align with organizational objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to delivering innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
• Strong skills in Visual Design and creating engaging interfaces
• Expertise in User Experience (UX) design and Prototyping
• Ability to ideate and execute creative solutions to complex design challenges
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Previous experience in designing systems for energy, defense, or related sectors is a plus
