Senior System Engineer

Location: Rishon LeZion, Israel (Hybrid - following onboarding) Employment Type: Full-time

We are a premier, long-standing IT Integration firm specializing in complex system services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity for diverse organizations. We are looking for an exceptional Senior System Engineer to join our elite technical tier.

This is a Position of Trust, reporting directly to the Co-CEO & Head of Technical Operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end project implementation and high-level support across a variety of client environments and cutting-edge technologies.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Senior System Engineer, preferably within an Integration/MSP environment.
• Virtualization: Expert-level experience with VMware. Ability to design and build environments from scratch, including storage arrays, HA, and infrastructure planning.
• Microsoft 365: Full mastery of the M365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, EntraID, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, etc.).
• Cybersecurity: Hands-on experience with Fortigate Firewall (initial configuration/base-up setup) and EDR solutions (specifically SentinelOne).
• Backup & DR: Proven expertise in Veeam (Backup, Replication, Ransomware protection). Experience building DR sites is a major advantage.
• Networking: Strong knowledge of Fortinet and HP switches, including VLAN configuration.
• Servers: Deep familiarity with Windows Server roles (DC, File Server, RDS) and basic SQL knowledge.
  

• Experience with Hyper-V or Proxmox.
• Implementation of security recommendations following PT (Penetration Testing) or ISO audits.

• Location: The role is based in our Rishon LeZion office (conveniently located near the train station).
• Hybrid Flexibility: For the first ~6 months (onboarding and environment familiarization), work is 100% office-based. Afterward, the role transitions to a mostly remote/hybrid model based on project needs.
