Product Manager

WE ARE HIRING: Product Manager at Benda Magnetic 

Benda Magnetic, a leading importer and marketer of advanced technological solutions in Israel, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager.

In this role, you will take full end-to-end ownership of two premier global product lines in Security, Surveillance, and Business Network Solutions (SDN-based). This cross-functional position combines high-level market strategy with hands-on execution, acting as the vital link between global vendors and the Israeli market.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the full product lifecycle, from procurement and global inventory management to market positioning and pricing strategy in Israel.

Global Vendor Relations: Maintain direct, ongoing communication with international manufacturer HQs and lead commercial negotiations.

Business Growth: Drive market penetration by collaborating closely with distributors, integrators, and B2B clients.

Sales Support: Empower internal sales teams through professional training and accompany complex B2B deals to completion.

Data & Strategy: Analyze market trends, build sales forecasts, and optimize inventory to maximize business performance.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record in Product, Brand, or Category Management within the tech or telecom sectors.

Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Networking, telecom solutions, security cameras, or surveillance systems (Significant Advantage).

Global Operations: Experience working with international manufacturers and global supply chains (Advantage).

Commercial Skills: Strong background in B2B sales channels, data analysis, and forecasting.

Execution: Strong multitasking abilities with experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
